Last time we did deadlifts I got a PR for 3 reps 315#.
Last night I got 295# x 3 reps.
My previous attempt at max pullups was about 20…must have been over 6 months ago.
Last night I got 31.
I sandbagged on the pushups – 81 last night (I was/am still sore from the benchpress/ring dip WOD that we did on Sat)
